6 May: Mitch Axsom, First Baptist Clinton (FB-C) sends out Initial Announcement, including a copy of this Milestone List, to all potentially interested local churches; requests local churches to make tentative Commitments to Participate, to provide estimate of number of participants and to identify Points of Contact (POC’s)  No Later Than (NLT) 20 Jul 2012

6 May: Mitch Axsom, FB-C provides 2012 Project announcement to Association of Reformed Baptist Churches in America (ARBCA) to post in its newsletter

20 Jul: Local churches submit to Mitch Axsom, FB-C, tentative Commitments to Participate, the estimated number of their participants and church project (POC’s)

22 Jul: Stephanie Creasy, FB-C, establishes Alpha Roster based on the above input

22 Jul: Mitch Axsom, FB-C, establishes 2012 Katrina Recovery Project website

27 Jul: Stephanie Creasy, FB-C, sends out to all committed local churches follow-on instructions, to include a Katrina Recovery Project Leaders contact list and website address

31 Jul: Local churches post Project Sign-up Sheets

14 Aug: Local churches conduct Initial Project Organizational Meetings

9 Sep: Local churches investigate purchasing blocks of airline tickets

21 Sep: Local churches declare to FB-C their final Commitment to Participate, and provide names of participants

28 Sep: FB-C emails to local churches and posts on website an updated Milestone List, Volunteer Personal Information and Skills Assessment Form, Health and Travel Information Form, Waiver / Release and Liability Form, Emergency Medical Card form and Packing List

28 Sep: Mitch Axsom, FB-C, and George McDearmon, Ministry Team Leader, identify and assign daily worship and devotion leaders

14 Nov: Local churches return administrative forms to Stephanie Creasy, FB-C

14 Nov: Local churches provide Mitch Axsom, FB-C, work team leader and work team member nominations; Mitch Axsom and Brian Owens, Construction Team Chief, review nominations; Mitch Axsom establishes Excel Spreadsheet Work Team Assignment Roster

17 Dec: Roger Clark, FB-C, and / or Brian Owens, Construction Team Chief, conduct reconnaissance visit to LBC to review work projects

18 Dec: IPR meetings at local churches

19 Dec: Conference call; Project IPR

21 Dec: Local churches, in lump sum payment, send food / utilities payments ($100 per person) and any additional Project benevolence donations to Project Treasurer

28 Dec: Local churches provide airline Estimated Times of Arrival (ETA) and the number of vehicles deploying via Stephanie Creasy, FB-C, to Marcus  Smith, Transportation Coordinator; he  establishes Excel Spreadsheet Travel Matrix and coordinates for ground transportation for airport pick up, to include rental vehicles, if necessary

28 Dec: Mitch Axsom, FB-C, with input from Brian Owens, Construction Team Chief, George McDearmon, Ministry Team Leader and Laszlo Pasztor, Base Camp Operations, publishes updated Excel Spreadsheet Work Team Assignment Roster
